Lucy's room

I have a large double bedroom. Single occupant preferred but will consider couple (extra cost for multiple occupancy).

I have my 3 bedroom house in the village of Tockwith which has easy access to York/ Wetherby/ Leeds/ Harrogate, looking to rent out my spare bedroom. I work in York city centre, and it takes me no more than 20 minutes to get to work :) - a car is probably advisable however there is a local bus that runs during the week.

The room consists of a double bed, a desk with mirror, a large kallax shelving unit and a bedside table.

In the house there is just me & my 2 dogs, Nelly & Nova (I have attached a photo of them) who both love people, and our other Lodger who is very friendly.

You will have your bedroom, shared access to the main bathroom with the other lodger which is next to your bedroom (as I have an ensuite), and the kitchen. Welcome to use the living room, me & my dogs often spend time in here.

I have very fast internet which you will have access to (getting 316 mbps on average). All bills included (Council tax, gas & electric, water, internet)

I provide almost everything as this is my home, so there is a washing machine, your own airer will be provided should you not have one, iron & ironing board, microwave, air fryer. Included in rent I also provide household supplies such as washing powder, toilet roll etc!

I also have a cleaner who comes to keep on top of communal areas.

I work nights so I usually out from 6pm-11am & sleeping during the day.

Council tax band C, included

There is myself, live in landlord, my 2 dogs, and one other male lodger. He is very clean and tidy, friendly & quiet. The shared bathroom is between yourself and him, as I have my own.
