Approximately 30 minutes drive from the M62, 1 hour from the M1, 20 minutes from York, 30 minutes from Hull and 40 minutes from the Yorkshire coast. The property has a large modern kitchen and ample sized living room. There is a choice of a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a single bedroom. Both can be furnished on request. The bathroom has a bath with a power shower. The property has gas central heating and also has a log burning stove. To the rear of the property has an enclosed rear yard with storage sheds and to the front is garden with 2 car driveway. The property also boasts a hot tub (additional costs)

I am a 40yo male and have two children aged 11 & 8. I work away so you will have the house to yourself for the majority of the time. I return every other weekend spending Friday to Monday at the house with my children.
